New Mini Catamaran by Kvalitet-Sport

Last days we made the first tests with the new mini catamaran, designed by Kvalitet'21. The model named Speedy Crab, powered by electric motor by Graupner and 7 cells, gave perfect results at the tests. The Cat is very fast and stable in turns and straight course, which makes it appropriate choice for all age modelers. After those good results at the tests, the Speedy Crab will be released in serial production in the near future. The model will be released in two versions:

- Hobby kit – includes ready made model, equipped with electric motor, speed controller, RC-system, RC-components and everything else, necessary for starting the model (except cells).

- Master kit - intended for advanced modelers, who wants to assemble the model by themselves, and to pick the motor, the speed controller and the other components by their choice. In this kit the model includes: a hull, a horizontal stabilizer and some parts like: stern tube, shaft with two ball-bearings, rudder console and engine seating.

After the release of the Speedy Crab in serial production, we will design a catamaran, twice bigger than this one. It will be based on the same conception, which, according to the test results looks just wonderful! Pictures from the tests are available in the Gallery.
